…we’d like to thank everyone who came out for the madness and made Red Nose Net a success for our inaugural event. We’d like to thank all the people who donated–it’s because of you our grand total now sits at £3,960. And that all went to Comic Relief. For those wanting to see what Comic Relief does with it, here’s that link we talked about during the show.
We’d also like to thank everybody who provided their support to help us get through the night (well, half of us): John Hodgman, Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick (Astrobase Go!/Venture Bros.), Jonathan Coulton, Paul and Storm, Mark Evanier, Team Rifftrax (Bill Corbett, Kevin Murphy, Mike Nelson), Graham Linehan, Apelad, David Mitchell, Len Peralta, Neil Innes, Los Cabin Fever hombres, Matt Berry, and that guy who was Bailey (despite Ken’s suspicions).
Also, great support was given by Stickam for our video streaming and ThinkGeek for our gear. Additional members of the Plume Pizza Conspiracy that deserve a tip of the hat are Neil Gaiman and Dana Snyder.
And of course, if you didn’t donate before…don’t despair. The Just Giving page is still up and still goes to Comic Relief. So don’t be shy.
And if you didn’t get a chance to snag your zombie clown print–you can snag the original pencil sketch–it’s up for auction here.
